• This system linked all manufacturing history, with field performance, product returns, and repairs. Each product was tracked by a unique serial number, and the system was used extensively by all functions. The system allowed Lucent to profile each and every product from first stage manufacturing to end of life support. I also allowed for a three strikes refurbishment process to assure on third return the product would not be refurbished.
• Audited supplier-manufacturing sites, such as Sanmina, Jabil, SCI and others located in the USA and abroad.
