retrofitting construction work in Istanbul total of 28, 000 m2

Project 3: Putzmeister Concrete Pump Production Facility in Corlu
Industrial Zone in Turkey. The buildings compromised production,
warehouse, offices and utility segment totalling 37.000 m2

Project 4: Avon Cosmetics Assembly and Warehouse Facility in
Industrial Zone, Gebze, Turkey. The Facility comprises packaging,
warehouse, office and utilities buildings for a total of 17, 000 m.2

tender documents, tendering and construction management.

Project 6: Imperial Tobacco Cigarette Factory, Manisa, Turkey.
The complex comprised approx. 30, 000 m2
covered area with 26.500 m2

land. Structures are a combination of in-situ and
prefabricated concrete and steel with complicated mechanical and electrical
works and building management system under a bespoke contract similar to
British NEC contract imposed by the foreign
Water proofing and thermal insulation, all types of structures, e.g. .
commercial, industrial and residential building and civil structures above
and underground. During this years of self-employment, working both as
supplier and applier and dealing with local and overseas manufacturers, has
become an expert in the use of insulation materials and their methods of
application.
