Perform project management and contract administration tasks for multiple concurrent

quality, delivery, cost, and safety metrics.
Direct control and management of construction for Dubai Safari Park (AED 1, 500M + ) as
Resident Engineer.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project schedules and coordinate design work with clients and different departments.
• Represent the company in coordinating with clients including documenting meeting outcomes and communicating to appropriate departments.
Contributed to the development of technical proposals for various projects.
• Report to the Business Development and Overseas Branches Manager and managed the Yemen branch as an independent profit centre.

• Lead a team of 40+ and look after all technical, commercial and administrative aspects of acquiring and executing projects meeting revenue, profitability and growth targets.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budgets and meeting client expectations while leading multiple concurrent projects.
• Follow up of Projects Execution and coordination between related departments in the firm and other project parties (Employer and Contractor);

• Preparation of Feasibility Studies and Techno-economic Evaluation for many projects.
