• Assisted in market analysis, factory establishment, and product launch for two bottled water companies (Ival and Oska).
• Directly supported the establishment and launch of our logistics company AJEX, facility management company Dussman-Ajlan, E-Wallet company Tiqmo, and medical company Ajlan & Bros Medical.
• Assisted in establishing and building the holding group subsidiaries in artificial intelligence, technology, blockchain and advanced technology sectors, in addition to defining best practices, and state of art projects to attract to KSA, with a focus on transfer of technology in all joint ventures.
• Assisted in establishment of agriculture joint ventures, analyzing markets, and defining best international partners.
• Assisted in establishing a mining subsidiary for the holding group and obtaining one of the largest mining contracts in KSA.
• Handling legal affairs for the whole group companies and coordinating with legal counsellors and the internal legal team.
• Preparing BOD meetings with international partners in USA, UK, France, China, Malaysia, Italy, Turkey, Austria, UAE, Oman, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, South Africa, and Egypt.
• Supervised the space sector strategy, and assisted in preparing technical presentations to educate BOD on the sector and support them in decision making for this new sector.
• Preparing participation in exhibits and conferences, and building group's booths and stands in international and local shows.

• Following up on corporate and personal lawsuits in local and international courts with our internal and external legal counsellors and reporting progression back to BOD on a regular basis.

• Coordinating business trips with the travel team and preparing security escort, lodging, ground transportation, and flights (private jets and charter) for BOD.
