• Troubleshooting / coordinating for Technical issues related to desktop, Laptops and Servers.
• Supporting around 300 employees.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot, Windows 10, Windows 7 Pro and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications

• Monitoring the server logs, escalate for alerts.

• Using the Hiren Ghost tools to make Image of the Computer.

• Maintenance and trouble shooting of computer hardware problems at client’s places.
• Installation & configuration of Nortel VPN Clients to Laptop users.
• Installation of OS using Norton Ghost image.
• Configuration of Customer specific applications like Installation of Oracle Client & Configuration, Norton Antivirus, MacAfee, MS Office, Visual Basic 6, Tally, IIS, AutoCAD, Coral draw, Page Maker.
• Maintaining Desktop Asset Management.
• Maintaining strong working relationships.
• Preparing Monthly & weekly reports for the Higher Management.
• Co-ordination with Procurement Department, preparing schedule
• Material requirements and follow-up LPO and Contracts as per requirement.
• Optimizing and enhancing network performance.
• Attending Desktop calls related to users of Processes as well as support.
• Coordinate with respective higher level support team for resolving certain issues and following it up.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications
