Job Description and responsibilities:
Responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the ITP 4-storey office building
in Dubai Media City reporting directly to the Managing Director, including
supervision of the company technician and housekeeping team as well as
coordination with third party contractors and relevant authorities
Oversee and organize special refurbishment and renovation projects
In charge of the building security team, including CCTV and employee access
control
In charge of the company driver fleet of 7 drivers
Responsible for ensuring that all health & safety regulations, safety and
security procedures are followed by all staff and implementing new
regulations
Coordinate employee parking spaces with RTA
Plan and execute various company special events
Organize and conduct regular Fire Drills for the building with authorities as
well as First Aid and Fire Safety training for company employees
Respond to all Emergency situations in the building and ensure that First Aid
and any other assistance is provided wherever needed
Reporting of incidents, accidents, special events within the building
Responsible for financial matters of The First Group Theatre at Madinat
Jumeirah, including sales reporting, reconciliations …
Further responsible for coordinating all maintenance necessary in the theatre,
theatre lobby and back stage
Coordinate ticket sales with external ticketing agents, such as Time Out Dubai
Set up all show ticket sales on the SRO system
All DTCM permit transactions and administrative tasks related to DTCM
Sell theatre show tickets, assist guests to make online purchases and provide
guidance for any other inquiries, questions or complaints
Point of Sales and Collection - Revenue Recognition
Conduct financial investigations, undertake audits, prepare reports
Deduction and refund processes
Revenue recognition
Responsible for 36 points of service collections, daily collection receipt and stock information, shortage and excess
Manage Stock inventory in points of service and warehouses
After-sales services, customer credit and collections, including activation, deactivation, billing inquires, management of customer complaints
Responsible for supervision and payroll of the projects team as well as inventory and
warehouse management and financial reporting
Responsible for all accounting, budgeting and inventory management of the company
