Managing day-to-day hotel operation, resolving internal and external complaints in timely and professional matters. ● Improving all the hotel services and creating a new revenue station. ● Chaired weekly operation meeting with all HODS and set action plains for pending and follow up matters. ● Responsible for all projects in the hotel, meeting the venders and highlighting any concerns to managements. ● Managing and maintaining the hotel during the general manager’s absences and chairing all the meeting to achieve our objective. ● Working in line with all HODS to achieve department goal and our main objectives. ● Building strong relationship with hotel business supplier. ● Attending monthly P&L meeting and weekly revenue meeting.
