• Report to PMO Manager,
• Execute INET-PMO methodology (Initiation, Planning, analysis, Execution, monitoring & controlling and closing.
• Follow up with Business analysis team to gather information and preparing Business analysis document.
• Prepare profit-loss sheet for any new project to include initial analysis report to submit to PMO Manager for approval. Then start the job.
• Coordinate with Finance department for financial issues including credit limit, payment status etc.
• Follow up suppliers for delivery status of material.
• Coordinate with client to provide project plan and update him time-to-time.
• Manage all Customer projects and follow-up to execute their plan's (Hold kick off and weekly meeting's, prepare communication plan, Project Plan, Weekly Status Report,
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and implementation team to control project and meet stakeholder expectations.
