Roles and responsibilities:
• Review and approve contractors' invoices
• Preparing the monthly project invoices and approving them from the consultant.
• Estimate construction costs for the MEP at the project
• Respond to subcontractor and management questions regarding costs.
• Coordinate with management on cost estimates and project changes.
• Review of shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• Ensure all works carried out comply with the Mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
• Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety and mechanical quality are being met.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
• Received and evaluated bids from subcontractors.
• Monitored ongoing construction costs to assist management.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules (Naval Base)
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
• Attends regular meeting with client, civil engineers and consultant to provide update on project progress
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager
• liaising with suppliers
Roles and responsibilities:
• Prepare shop drawing and as built drawing for all mechanical works
• Supervising the works and activities at the project .
• Attend meetings with consultant and owner.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Projects :
* Building of Jericho Directorate of Public works & Housing .
* Build Laundry for Central Training Institute
* government schools .
• Follow up all maintenance works at hotel at all hotel areas ( rooms, corridors, ballrooms, pools, roof, parking, , , , etc )
• Follow up all maintenance works for hotel Equipments ( chillers, pumps, AHU, Fan coils, filters, kitchen equipments, Cold an Frezer rooms, etc ..)
• Make all checks ( daily checks + weekly shacks + monthly checks, yearly checks and any anther checks ).
• Follow up all preventive maintenance .
• Life safety and fire prevention programs. Monitors progress to achieve compliance with IHG life safety standards.
• Receives and analyzes feedback information from all departments for recommending new hotel criteria, standards and optimizing designs for economical operations and maintenance.
• Analyzes technical problem and recommends corrective action. Consults with engineering and management colleagues on unresolved problems and reports major breakdowns.
