Technical Validation of Project Transfer for execution.
Inputs validation for engineering activities to conclude project Main Basic information.
• Preparation of Design Strategy according to project requirement.
• Resource Management with clear Budget proposal for defined engineering deliverables.
• Review, Monitor and Maintain the deliverable time for DAP and Technical offers.
• Create Technical Interface / Responsibility / follow up with Partners and external suppliers.
• Front End Client/Consultant discussion on technical issues with simplified approach.
• Plan and implement the Engineering Gate reviews and reporting of the progress.
• Establish and Review the Technical Data sheet in line with project specification.
• Initiate, evaluate and monitor FME, FRE and FAE.
• Presenting Engineering Return of Experience according to periodic review.
• Identify the Gap of Technical deviation to minimize the technical risk with cost effective solution.
• Organize technical co-ordination/Interface with Civil and other service technical activities.
• Provide technical support and organize technical meeting for site execution
• All above activities performed according to Standard Engineering Management guidance.
Preparing, review and co-ordination of Substation Design activities.
• Preparation of contract documents/submissions/schematics and final as-built drawings.
• Preparation of power system protection relay settings and co-ordination study
• Review all electrical supplier documents in various stages of Value Assurance Process of Engineering.
• Well exposure in all type of protection schemes for OHTL, U/G cables, power transformers and Bus bar protection and Breaker failure protection for various voltage levels up to 400kV system.
• Suitability study of new relays for existing system.
• Involved as over all Project coordinator for Execution of Replacement of Power Transformers at 132 /33kV Substations.
