SAUDCONSULT: Consultant Project Engineer for Mechanical systems.
 I am leading the projects through their life cycle: Project scoping, Technical Evaluation of bids, Design review, Approval and Engineering Support, Procurement management, Identifying deliverables, scheduling activates.
 Developing Execution plans and Recovery plans and Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection and approving the Monthly BOQ for Invoices.
 I have led 4 major project with Ministry of Municipality, Saudi Arabia: Administrative buildings ( 10 Each) ( 20 Millions USD) and Warehouse and Garage with administrative building ( 1.5 million USD ) and Convention and Exhibition Center ( 4 Million USD ) and “JABAl al Qarah Historical center" ( 1.5 million USD).
 I led the contractor teams of around 10 Engineers and 30 technicians to mobilize at site at proponent facilities adhere to all safety requirements at site, timely execution of Project phases, design modification management and address technical challenges at site, address proponent expectations and concern for the installations.
 I managed contractual and technical disputes with contractors. Handled the deviation from the scope of work to ensure project cost and Timelines are not affected.
 Handled cost variation requests put forward by contractors to ensure the project is being executed within the fund allocated by the facilities planning.
 I did the material approvals with following the standards ASRAEH and SMACNA and NFPA incorporating the Saudi building codes.
 Quality Inspection of the Delivered mechanical equipment's at site at different stages of building a business case to timely cycle.
 I delivered the scope of works for the installing and interfacing the an additional Fountain facility in the Building Entrance Lane with control system which will enable Operators to remotely monitor the Fountain and NOVEC-1230 Fire Suppression System for Server room.
 I did a risks Assessment studies during project Execution phase. Identified the potential hazards working in an Energized environment and put measures in place to mitigate the risk.
 I Executed procurement tasks which included putting together the business case and leading the technical and commercial evaluation.
 Created a procurement and delivery schedule with risk factors which ensured that delivery of product and job closeout can be done before the Expenditure request completion date.
 I run in house training session in Mechanical field services to train the Graduate program students and new hires for site Engineers and supervisors.
Personal Achievements:
 I delivered the 4 major projects in Ministry of Municipality. Coordination with multiple proponents for existing facilities upgrade to accommodate the Major projects was particularly challenging.
 Numerous technical presentations and design reviews were organized to deliver the project on Schedule. I provided extensive logistic and Engineering support during the project Execution phase by adapting myself in a different cultural and professional environment.

• As Designing the System: Performs hydraulic calculations for Firefighting By Using ELITE Software following NFPA 13, which Handles sprinkler systems with up to 1, 000 sprinklers, on trees, grids, and hybrid sprinkler systems. Full Knowledge of Tree Grid Pipe Network Building, Computing flow rates, velocities, & pressure drops, sizing pipe based on GPM, Analyzing stand pipe systems. Analyzing for all types of pipe materials, fitting equivalent lengths
• Head and Hydraulic calculation and standard installations,
• Experienced in Shop drawings preparation and Material submittals (Pump, valves, Zone Control Valves, Landing Valves, Pipes, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Hydrants, Fire Extinguishers, Sprinklers Upright).
• For HVAC Heat Load estimating calculation utilizing computer software simulation like HAP, Autodesk Revit -MEP & CHVAC-ELITE, E20 Form and ventilation calculations by latest Hvac Ashrae standards.
• Design HVAC system, duct layout in coordination with other building services. Sizing according to the CFM by using Autodesk Revit-MEP, McQuay Software and manual by TRANE Ductulator.
• Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and DW144 duct design codes, selection of diffusers, grilles G.I sheet etc. (McQuay Software).

• To Preparing the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHU’s, Chillers, Pumps etc, on the basis of Heat Load calculations from respective models like Zamil, Trane, Blue Star, Voltas, and Carrier etc.

• Ensure that all MEP site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
• As Site MEP Engineer. Responsible to manage all the engineering works relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services project for timely completion of qualitative works within specified budget/cost.
• Installation of Firefighting, sprinkler, other fire fighting systems, such as suppression systems, co2, systems, wet riser, kitchen hood system etc.
• Coordination with all concerned consultants and contractors of the project.
• Coordinate with architects/MEP consultants/interior consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings details/statements/information as required.
• Preparing tender analysis report with recommendations.
• Negotiation with contractors/suppliers and submitting final recommendations for its finalization.
• Preparation of work orders/purchase orders To manage all contract and QS related issues of all MEP engineering services.
• Verification and certification of Bills of the contractors/suppliers for payment.
• Ensuring all authority requirements of fire, pollution etc are complied with.
• Supervising the execution of the project works in MEP services so as to ensure quality work and timely completion.
• Submission of periodical status reports to the management on the progress (time), quality and cost, of the engineering works.
