Installation, Testing and commissioning of Switchgears and Switchyards & GIS.
Also Knowledge in Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection REF Protection, NGR Protection, Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, Distance Relay, Auto Reclosing Relay, Synchronizing scheme.
Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits
Co-ordination with client in As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission
Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report for sub-station & power plant projects.
Preparation of Project Planning, scheduling and Monthly Progress Reports.
Follow up with vendors and consultants regarding Engineering activities and coordination with the vendors for timely manufacturing and the delivery of equipment to the site. Inspection of Invoices after delivery of material to site.
Responsible for site inspection and preparing reports and documentation of site inspection.
Every day Site Execution work progress Monitoring & Preparation of site progress report to submit customer to meet customer satisfaction with proper safety at site i.e. overall site work monitoring.
Coordination with site regarding Erection, Testing and commissioning of equipment as per protocol and final documentation for handover of project.
Managing the project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of project targets within the time and cost parameters
Project co-ordination with client and contractors.
Testing and commissioning of all Electrical Equipment’s up to 400KV System.
•Testing and commissioning of Protection relays like ABB, Siemens & Alstom/Areva, etc.
•Testing and commissioning of control & relay panels for Transformer, Bus Coupler, Bus-Transfer, and Line feeder.
•Testing and commissioning of Switchgear, Switchyard and GIS up to 400kV substation.
•Also have testing experience in Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection, REF Protection, NGR Protection, Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, Distance protection, Auto Reclosing and Synchronizing relays.
•Testing of CT, PT, CVT, IVT, Circuit breaker, HT & LT motors and Power Transformers.
•Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.
•Experience in Electrical drawing scheme checking & test report submission
