• Sourcing new suppliers and alternative raw materials.

• Periodically updating trade supplier agreements.
• Responsible for new item code/configuration creation.
• Compute landed cost for all imported materials and update cost in ERP system.
• Purchase analysis, including savings analysis and maintaining heat map.
• Preparing monthly and annual reports (costing/monthly highlights/Price analysis).
• Overall Inventory management and optimization of Inventory.
• Handling different projects.
• Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends.
• Manages objectives and plans through a dedicated team.
• Having in-depth knowledge and vast experience in all supply chain related activities.
• Preparation of inventory and non inventory purchase orders.
• Receipt and issue of materials, proper arrangement of materials.
• Internal Stock taking and maintaining the stores system.
• Review of internal requisitions and registering floating enquiries, preparing comparative statement analysis for review and approval of quotations.
• Generation and approval of local purchase orders and final disposal of internal requisitions.
• Placement of orders for delivery of materials, communicating emergency purchase request, emergency purchase and essential cash purchases, etc.
