Software Engineer II-Bank Of America-APAC Region
Design, develop and deploy the software systems and manage the enterprise application for the Organisation.
● Developing and documenting business requirements, Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for
improvement, gathering and documenting user requirements, creating process models and diagrams.
● Exhibit proficiency in generating critical compliance documentation such as Business Requirments Documents
(BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
● Lead the planning, preparation and execution of UAT with special emphasis on compliance testing and validation,
coordinating closely with business stakeholders.
● Developing and executing test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
● Defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans and managing project resources.
● Supporting the implementation of new solutions, providing training and user support.
● Monitoring performance of existing solution and recommending changes to improve performance.
● Building relationship with stakeholders to ensure that solution meet their needs.
● Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, also developing reports to track progress.
● Participate in End to End System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing using web based application.
● Execute Test cases and manage defects using HP ALM/Quality Center.
● Ensure that our products meet all quality requirements throughout the whole software development lifecycle
● Coordinate the business solution project through SDLC from Requirements gathering to Implementation and support.
● Interface with different business areas to ensure the projects impact and coordinate teams to rollout projects in
organisation wide.
● Highly ethical in all work related assignments thus able to contribute to corporate goals and objects.
● Ensure that all projects needs are covered, also identifying and addressing all gaps from the application teams.
● Broad knowledge of current and emerging IT industry trends particularly in Retail and Banking domains.
● Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce.
● Independently work with minimal supervision and consistently delivered the better results.
QA Engineer-Retail-Finance & Accounts:
● Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Documents to prepare Test Coverage.
● Proposed technical feasibility solutions for new functional designs and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects.
● Solid knowledge on the complete warehouse engineering processes like picking, storing, allocation and shipping to despatch the orders.
● Extensively worked on test driven environment including Test plans, Test case, Unit testing, system testing, integration testing and functional testing.
● Strong techno-functional skills in parcel processing and work order processing, besides the core WMS inbound, outbound
&inventory management functions.
● Excellent verbal and written communication with docmentation skills.
● Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
● A self-starter with positive attitude, willingness to learn new concepts and accept challenges
Accounts Payable Analyst-Micheals-USA
Audit & Controls
P2P, OTC and R2R Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables:
● Audit and Controls the financial transactions and process them to be paid.
● Sensitively handling Month-End Closing, Journal Entries, Account Recon, Payment processes.
● Consolidate the Logs, Prepare the KPI metrics, Intercompany and Reportings to the client on weekly basis.
