•Domain adding, giving permissions to user accounts in accordance with their Group policy.
•Outlook Email configuration and troubleshooting.
•DNS, DHCP basic troubleshooting.
•IT Technical Support Analyst experienced in troubleshooting operating systems, wireless networks, and peripherals.
•Reporting techniques, both hardware and software support experience.
