* Coordinate with senior management to estimating the scaffolding materials, man power and cost for upcoming new project to submit the proposal.
* Prepares the format of scaffolding procedure based on BS EN 5973 (officially withdrawn), BS EN 1139, EN 74, BS 39, BS EN 12811-1 and 2, OSHA 1926.450.451.452, 1910.28, IS 1611, IS 2750.1964, IS 3696.1.1987, & IS 4014.2.1967 and later Revised.
* Inspection of sub-contractor scaffolding materials if they are confirming to BS 1139, EN 74 A-B specification of tube and fittings and BS 2482 specification of board.
* Monitoring the sub-contractor for daily basis of erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
* Inspection of scafftag at daily basis. If still scaffold is safe to use.
* Participating in weekly management and safety walk thru for and scaffold safety issue.
* Conduct tool box talk daily to sub-contractor regarding the hazard in the job site.
* Daily update data sheet of all scaffold faults and safety issues and close out report.
* Supervision of inspector/supervisor for their daily activities.
* Reporting to the Sr. project manager through construction manager.
* Monitoring and reporting on the scaffolding safety aspects of the project.
* Conducting induction training for new employees to familiarize with scaffold safety procedure and also hazards related to scaffold work.
* To carryout training programs to employees to make them aware about the hazards involved in scaffolding task and precaution required to overcome the hazards while performing task.
* Educating the new employees as scaffolder, scaffolder supervisor and inspector through power point slider with at end questioning and practically training at site.
* Conducting the trade test for new scaffolder for the activation.
* Preparing and maintain the daily site scaffolding safety report and progress.
* Checking and evaluating the effectiveness of the action taken to prevent the injuries.
* Support audit team with the client for sub-contractor audit work.
* Co-ordinate with all work at height safety/life line inspection.
* Inspection and approved all kind of special duty and slab support scaffold.
* Maintain the high standard of safety and quality, as per the company safety standard.
* Can erect and dismantle all kind of scaffold that based on BS EN, OSHA and IS.

* Maintaining the records for inspection of sling wires, forklift, cranes, full body harness, tool and tackles and working with height gadgets.
* Ship oil tank, cargo tanks, rigs and water ballast tanks- to erect scaffold for hot work inspection and after completion for blasting and painting. (onshore/offshore).
* Main deck, accommodation and pipelines to erect scaffold for degreasing, h p washing, chipping, and blasting painting as specified in the work order.
* Mechanical treatment for corroded steel equipment and hydro blasting and scaffolding jobs as specified in owner’s specification.
* Scaffolding erecting and dismantling for all trades as lifting tower, towers, independent, birdcage, under hung and platforms in various locations and after erection approving the erected towers in all kind of vessel’s including VLCC, super tankers, cargo ships, rigs, barge and naval ships.
