Therapy Control System is proton therapy management system for Proton Gantry systems. Mostly it manages beam scheduling and treatment across different treatment rooms of therapy center. It reads patient therapy data from dicom plans available from Oncology Patient Management System (Aria) and programs subsystems (Scanning System, Messaging System, Control System, BeamScheduler System, PositioningSystem, Facility System )with those values adding additional tolerances. It performs irradiation on selected tissue and saves the progress of treatment back to the dicom plan. It was developed in .NET using C#, WPF and MVVM pattern. Unit testing is done using Rhino Mocks and NUnit was used as unit testing tool. It was developed using agile methodology and successfully completed within estimated deadline

Dosimetry Control System is an image processing system which used in the proton therapy centers to verify the proton beam live image from the middle ware which released from cyclotron and ready for the irradiate the tissue. Software handles live images converts them into the scanning coordinates, captured the image (convert gray scale image into RGB format) and adjust the beam line for irradiation. Algorithms written to noise reduction in the image, zooming, panning and contrast
