• Interacting with client via calls or chat also monitoring our interface and servers.
• Provided technical support and acted as a point of contact for global client base.
• Technical support assistance with L1 Desk and Manage Domain environment for two sites through remote support (Team Viewer, Ammy Admin, Any desk).
• Basic Knowledge in DHCP and DNS process. Preparing excellent documentation on business requirements.
• Installation of hardware and software systems and Designing Ipv4 addressing, sub netting schemes. Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of hardware & Network peripheral devices.
• Installation & Maintenance of printers, scanners and other office equipment.
• Installation & Configuration, Troubleshooting in MS-Office, MS-Outlook.
• Assembling, De-Assembling, Services, Troubleshooting and Perform Computer hardware related installation.
