Monthly and quarterly management reporting to
Delivering VAT reporting, ensuring VAT compliance and
identifying risk.
• Preparation of daily fund position and analysis
• Monthly expense variance report preparation and analysis
• Monitoring bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Preparation of month end entries
• Preparation of Premium report on monthly basis for the
management
• Handling Receivables and Payables of other insurance companies
• Salvage Movement analysis and receivables handling.
• FD reconciliation on monthly basis
• Calculation of full and Final settlement of employees
Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial
statements, and other financial statements, and other financial reports to
assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and
procedural standards.
• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues
• Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account
information
• Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets;
developing forecasts. Updates job knowledge by keeping current with
financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations.
