• Follow up the installation commissioning and technical integration with the Vendors.
•Drive performance of vendor implementation teams, provide support as needed and pro-actively suggest improvement initiatives.
•Prepare status reports and communicate progress appropriately to senior management.
•Validation of vendor’s acceptance testing plans through cross-departments.
• Supervise and perform the acceptance testing execution of the given projects.
•Working closely and coordinating with other departments like VAS, operations, IT to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
