Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations

Research and recommend grant and funding opportunities
Participate in proposal preparation as needed
Identify opportunities for both marketing and selling the company products and services
Actively close deals for new fee-for-service projects and initiatives
Actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients
Work closely with partners, consultants and staff as needed on the delivery of fee-for-service initiatives
Provide overall project management for ongoing revenue-generation initiatives
Overseeing the office support and infrastructure to get revenue-generating initiatives off the ground and maintained.
Attending trade shows, exhibitions and conferences as required
Undertaking other tasks as assigned
In charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in sales, marketing and customer care for the Group.
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department to build distribution network, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in sales and marketing.
Develops/participates with the senior staff, in the development of the strategic marketing and sales plan for the organization.
Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in the organization’s strategic plan and set targets.
Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the group.
Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all service providers and customers of the organization.
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.

Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the company.
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the company, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important.
Developing effective introduction programs.
Conducting appraisals.
Planning individual learning plans.
Producing training materials for in-house courses.
Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the company.
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the company (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
Managing Amcham member company’s accounts and developing strong working relations, including regular visits with member companies, to maximize clients’ satisfaction. Build a database of members’ business profiles for business matchmaking and development of members businesses. Identifying and promoting members’ business opportunities. Execute research on market opportunities. Analyze key Jordanian and U.S. industrial trends and maintain knowledge of the Jordanian and U.S. market. Develop and manage relationships in the U.S. market (chambers of trading, business, organizations, potential business partners).
Research and business analysis of the targeted market needs.
Set courses and programs on a quarterly basis and make the right arrangements for those courses.
Sell the courses to the public and privet sector and mostly as a corporate sales and relation manager.
