1) Leading and supervising a team of Field Service engineers to resolve customer medical devices problems.
2) Organizing the daily installations, corrective and the preventive maintenance tasks.
3) Technical support (either remotely or on-Field) for the service engineers who cover Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain areas.
4) Service contracts estimation, assigning the terms and conditions and following up with the customers to get their approvals.
5) Providing operation and service trainings for either the end users or the biomedical engineers.
1) Providing Field technical support for our customers. This is including: installation, testing and commissioning, performance verifications and safety testing of our medical equipment.
2) Providing validation, adjustment , calibration, troubleshooting and repair of various healthcare equipment such as :
• Nihon Kohden (Patients Monitors, ECG Recorders, Defibrillators, Telemetry systems, Central stations, EEG units, EP/EMG units and epilepsy monitoring units ( EMU ) .
• Entermed ( ENT units).
• Maico (Audiometers, tympanometer and Audiometric booths).
• Belimed (CSSD equipment): (steam sterilizers “autoclaves”, Washer Disinfectors, plasma sterilizers, documentation systems and sealing machines).
• Keeler (ophthalmology Refraction Stands, digital slit lamps and Pulse Tonometers).
• ARDO (infant incubators ).
• Newport medical (Ventilators).
• Villa ( X-Ray machines).
• KCI (Therapulse Beds, bariatric beds, and fluidized beds).
• Berchtold (Surgical lights, pendants and Operation tables)
• Schmitz ( operation tables, Gynecology chairs and colposcopes )
3) I was involved in a Different projects ranging from specific departments ( Like ICU departments, CSSD Departments ) to turnkey hospital projects like:
A) Mafraq Hospital ( Neurology Department with review station )
B) Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi ( EMU Ward with control Room)
C) SKMC Hospital ( telemetry Ward with nurse central station )
D) Al Ain Hospital ( telemetry Ward with nurse central station )
E) Mafraq Dialysis Centre ( Abu Dhabi )
F) Abu Dhabi Dental Centre ( CSSD department )
G) Mafraq Dental Centre ( CSSD Department )
H) NMC hospital ( CSSD department )
My main roles included: Planning of Medical equipments and nteworks, project time planning and arranging for the installations and commissioning .
BS.c in Biomedical Engineering (5 years) from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). i finished my courses within 4 years. I Graduated with GPA of 78.3% (very good) and finished as the best 5th student among 75.
