• Manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development performance measurement, and training and personnel affairs.
• Developing, documenting, and periodically updating HR and administration policies and procedures.
• Leading the development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development.
• Monitoring the implementation of training policies and programs and administering training needs analysis and assessment, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan.
• Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters. In addition to the issuance of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees.
• Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of company's personnel policies and procedures.
• Selecting and negotiating with health insurance agencies to get the best deals, this would cover all employees.
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.
• Setting plans and programs as part of the division plan in order to achieve the division functional strategies.
• Setting the budget for the department as overall and organizational entities under supervision in particular with the participation of the organizational entities under supervision to be submitted to the CEO for review.
• Controlling the financial performance of the department and keeping it within the set budget.
• Controlling the technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision.
• Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions in related subjects which complies with the approved authorities and responsibilities.
• Specifying manpower requirements.
• Directs and oversees all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, mail room, office supplies and transportation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Prepares budget of human resources operations.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements.
• Build and manage the corporate induction programs.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures and accountable for the full disciplinary and grievance process ensuring that they are in line with the internal policy and legislative requirements.
• Monitoring and implementing Attendance System.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure the annual leaves of staff consumed within the business year.
• Manage the payroll process.
• Manage the Health insurance.
• Manage all Employment Relations, including the employee’s contracts, files, and employment letters.
• Create and update JDs where required.
• Create and update the HR Policies & Procedures and code of conduct.
• Manage Administration and Government Relations Activities.
• Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the CEO
