Responsible for generating and managing test Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all import products
Scanning and loading test COA through company`s operating system (Exsol SBImage)
Ensuring that test COA and documentation are filed accurately and timely
Retrieving test COA from Exsol SBImage in response to requests from internal customers’ prior delivery of goods
Liaise with the company`s customers in relation with test COA and latest batches of the import products
Liaise with Sales & Product Managers, internal & external customers on related technical queries
Logging customer complaints using effective systematic tool i.e. Synergi Life-Incident Notification
Allocate, coordinate, and provide technical support to Lab Assistants in executing daily analysis duties
Supervise daily activities of Lab Assistants to ensure compliance to Quality Management System requirements
Assisting Lab Assistants by analyzing effluent/production water, new development samples and finished
products as per analysis procedure. Then report the results to the Production Managers and QC Department
Client liaison i.e. reporting results with internal departments and assist with customer complaints
Monitoring & managing of trends per instrument e.g. ICP, Leco CS 200, Leco RC612 & Auto-titrator.

Managing service contracts, verifying calibration of laboratory equipments
Motivate on capital expenditure purchases of laboratory equipments and manage laboratory expenses
Managing documentation i.e. MSDS, COA of raw materials, final products and maintain QMS by updating
procurement documents, risk assessments, SOP and Lab methods
Adhering to, support and maintain all SHEQ procedures (ISO 9001:2008, 14001, 18001 and 17025
courses: Certification Course in Total Quality Management (TQM), UNISA (2011) Certification Course in ISO 9001:2008 Introduction/Overview, TIQMS (2011) Certification Course in ISO 14001:2004 Standard Requirements, TIQMS (2011) Certification Course in Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008, TIQMS (2011) Secondary Qualification: National Senior Certificate, Dlangezwa High School (1995)
