My duties consist of the following: • Processing purchase orders
• Capturing stock in the POS system
• Receiving Deliveries
• Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders.
• Place stock in designated areas for functions
• Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
• Arranging returns with suppliers.
• Liaising with suppliers through emails and phone
• Shuttling guests
• Managing staff
• Food control
• Barista duties
