Maintain the plant and find out the abnormalities.
• Involved the plant shutdown and startup as per Planning
• Control the all measure in DCS and liberate the plant at critical position
• Control the troubleshooting form utility side and face free the routine job
• Involved in Plant daily Filling plan & equipment Maintenance plan.
• ISO Tanker HC, CFC, HFC gas (liquid & Gas) Loading and Unloading Operation. (pressurized tanker)
• Make regular routine job and check of all equipment and units to ensure good operation.
• Assist the Panel operator for safe and efficient operations and basic maintenance jobs
• Man power (worker & casuals) distribution and arrangement.
• Achieve marketing requirement for monthly filling and dispatch plan.
• Field troubleshooting and ISO tank filling plan and dispatch activity.
• Taking all measures for maintaining Safety Standards, Good Housekeeping and Reliability of process equipment’s and field rounds.
• Work permit System (Cold work, hot work, etc….)
