RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receiving the drawings and work description chart (as per BOQ) from the contractor issuing authority and preparing the schedule for execution of work as per the planning with men, materials and machineries if any as per the requirement.
• Attending the daily review meetings, and submitting daily progress reports by the day wise schedules
• Inspecting for the leveling and surveying at site.
• Preparing Inspection format, RFI and coordinate with client QA/QC policy to be implemented during the course of Installation & erection.
• Inspection of shuttering, and centering for the concrete works in cast in situ programs and for pre-cast programs.
• Maintaining the quality of work at site, by inspecting the construction materials like sand, Course aggregates and fine aggregates, soil, steels, cement etc.
• Handling tests for the concrete in order to maintain the quality of the concrete and to retain the strength of the concrete.
• Submitting Request for Inspection to the clients for the inspection of work.
• Coordinating with client engineers for inspection of work s and supervising in redirect as correct.
• Generate NCR and submit to QA/QC manager for corrective actions/modifications and incorporating the same in as built drawings.
• Checking platform elevation, compaction and survey coordinate.
• Attend weekly meeting, weekly inspection of site, updating the work progress at Site and meeting with Supervisor Team.
• Conduct Training Program to mentioned QA/QC standard.
• Making daily quality control reports to update Project Manager
• Coordinate with client regarding QA/QC matters
• Monitoring of concrete slump test, temperature, air content etc...To be conducted by third party
• Preparing work schedule as per drawing
• Fabrication for Pipe Spools and fittings at shops.
• Arranging the materials and monitoring of the materials usage at site as per requirements
• Follow Ups for Request for Inspection to the clients for the inspection of work.
• Monitoring of Daily work progress and Follow Up for the Delayed Work
• Preparation for Hydro testing of the partially completed line and testing.
• Pre-commissioning preparation for the tested line by re-instating the line with correct valve and gaskets etc…
• Attending daily review meetings and site reviews.
• Solving site issues by the site reviews and in presence of Field Engineering.
• Attend weekly meeting, weekly inspection of site, updating the work progress at Site and meeting with Supervisor Team.
• Coordinating with client engineers for inspection of works and supervising in redirect as correct.
• Coordinate with client regarding QA/QC matters
• Preparing work schedule as per drawing

• Monitor in the platform preparation for piling activities Including excavation, backfilling and compaction.
• Checking platform elevation, compaction and survey coordinate.
