Vascular Theatre -

Maintaining theatre sterility according to the hospital protocol.
Assisting in all types of vascular surgeries, and endoscopic procedures as well as general, spinal, epidural and local anesthesia.
Cardiology unit -
I have worked in wards (70, 71, 60, 61), cath labs, coronary care unit and intermediate coronary unit of the Cardiology unit.
Duties:
Delivering total nursing care to critically ill preoperative and post-operative patients, respecting their rights, medical privacy and dignity.
Maintenance of professional relationships with patients and relatives.
Resuscitating patients, as a team with other colleagues while maintaining cordial relationships.
Perform other nursing duties such as intravenous, taping and maintaining IV lines, administering IV fluids, IV medications, NG tube placement and management, blood sugar monitoring, Tracheostomy care, wound care and wound dressing.
