Managed all types of SAP projects from Prepare Phase to Deploy phase using Activate methodology. Responsible for S/4 HANA 2022 Conversion Project. Handling multiple projects with a team size of 30+ including Project Managers, SAP ABAP, Basis, FI/FM, SD, MM, PM & TM. Successfully manage stakeholders to build strong business relationships and deliver highly complex and potentially programmatic systems and solutions. Design and manage the process/Project governance. Proactively advocate for business requirements and ensure appropriate delivery on time and within budget.
