Responsibilities;
• Managing the IT infrastructure design, development and installation of information systems configuring, deploying and maintaining all Routers, Switches, Firewall, CCTVs, printers, Projector, Video Conferencing and network equipment for Building (Apartments) and Office
• Fiber optic cabling and maintenance and preparing a budget for the department based on projected costs
• Assisting and strategizing with Organization IT Head for design and implementation of Apartment Building networks, including budgeting and procurement for all network and required computer equipment
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems
• Manage the IT Department by coordinating internal staff, consulting resources, and outside vendors
• Maintaining user data, Outlook Mail backup mechanisms for ensuring redundancy of all vital operation data
• Providing high quality walk up face-to-face technical support during the hours of operation
• Responsible for the procurement, configuration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting end user devices and related applications (including laptops, mobile phone, Desktop PC, Operating system, CCTVs, Lift Access Control, and related network)
• Day to day support of all IT systems, Business system, office system, Network and Door Lock system through the building (Apartments) and Hotels
• Fulfilling any IT Service Requests in line with the customer expectations and needs
Responsibilities;
• Installing network infrastructure and CCTV, installing and maintaining radio systems, and installing and maintaining GPS system equipment
• Fiber optic cabling and maintenance and provide network diagrams
• Managing the IT Infrastructure design, development, and installation of information systems
• Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls
• Setup and configure routers, switches and other network equipment
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, projectors, Video conferencing, CCTV, PABX and other peripherals
• Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems
• Provide IT related Training to staffs and conduct training materials
• Checking the backup server and data on daily basic and weekly inspection of IT server rooms
• Providing one on one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mails, or in person
• Responding to general IT requests and End-User Support
