Monitoring to maintain sufficient manpower in day operation.
* Monitor income and expense statement and ensure it to reach Cochin office within 24 hrs.

* Monitor invoice/attendance register updating.
* Ensure all the cash clients and direct clients collection within 30 days. Any deduction in the cheque is
not allowed without valid reason.
* For new client collect GST certificate.
* Sales monthly report to be send to Cochin
* Assisting in collection with Kottayam collection department.
* DRS preparation.
* Client visit

* Ensure operation is in control throughout the day.
* Handling customer complaint and grievances.
