- Managing HDS VSP, USPV/VM, USP, AMS2500, HUS, HUSVM storage systems in multiple Data-Centres

- I was also responsible for hardware decommissioning at different sites whereby the hardware has reach the end of life.
- I was based at the top clients such as FNB, MTN, SARS, Discovery and Eskom where I was responsible for disk replacement on the faulty drives in our storage arrays.

- Amongst other highlights of my experience, includes onsite shadowing where I was exposed to Hitachi products and how to go about interacting with the client in order to keep him/her satisfied with my work.
