• Driving improvements in lab productivity, accuracy, and quality by implementing innovative strategies and best practices.
• Overseeing lab reagent inventory management and budget allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in histology workflows, including special staining and immunohistochemistry techniques.
• Executing whole slide imaging procedures to support diagnostic and research objectives.

• Oversee all laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for optimal efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct comprehensive technical and scientific tests, managing the entire process from specimen receipt to final reporting, in alignment with established protocols.
• Lead training initiatives in Histology procedures, including Tissue Grossing, Processing, Embedding, and Microtomy, enhancing team competency and performance.
• Execute H&E, Special, and Immunohistochemistry staining techniques, ensuring high-quality results for diagnostic purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory workflows and implement best practices, contributing to overall lab excellence.
• Stay updated on industry advancements to integrate innovative techniques and technologies into laboratory operations.
