* Handling Sales Inquiries and Follow-up and coordinating till the vehicle delivery (Showroom
visits, Inbound calls, Other sales inquiries).

Showroom condition letters, Invoices, etc… if necessary.
* Inspecting showroom available vehicles and keep them clean and teddy and maintain a
check list of key equipments and the condition of the vehicle (Pre inspections before visiting

* Manage Front office day-today operations at the Workshop - meeting expectations of customers
on a daily basis and Coordinating with service advisors and customers
* Dealing with customers all the time and respond customer inquiries
* Handling customer complaints
* Help and maintain relationships with service advisors and assisting them in their workflow.
* Manage and maintaining all front office and customer lounge, reporting issues.
