Responsible for coordinating all management interviews and final interviews.
Follow up and update the annual forecast Manpower Requirements for the commercial sector with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments after coordinating with Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsible for the hiring process which includes coordinating, head haunting, job posting.
Reviewing resumes, selecting the matching profiles for the position, conducting phone interviews, face to face interview and reports outcome in a timely manner.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Contact with the all managers to understand profile requirements and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. Competency Based Interview, Structured Interviews, Technical Assessments and Behavioral Questions).
Sending job offer to the accepted candidates that include total package.
Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
Update recruitment tracker and making sure that the information is up to date.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Manage the on-boarding process for new employees.
Conduct exit interviews to prepare statistic reports.
-Implement EGIC monthly payroll after assembling personnel variables, allowances, mobile & medical deductions, reimbursements, grants, monthly & quarterly incentives...
-Develop EGIC payroll monthly reports (Consolidated, Variance & Variables reports).
-Assemble EGIC outsourced payroll personnel variables from the business units and then send to the outsourced consultancy companies.
-Revise EGIC outsourced payroll invoices after receiving it from the outsourced consultancy companies and then authorize to release payroll transfers.
-Prepare HR letters for EGIC employees with its full cycle procedures.
-Implement (EOS) End of Service settlements for all EGIC employees with taking into consideration end of service compensation policy.
-Participate in budget reports including actual costs versus planned ones using Discoverer.
-Accountable for Banking Relations specially in issuing new & replacement visa cards.
-Accountable for applying EGIC's Loan, Products & Grants policies and its related procedures.
-Responsible for performing and reviewing EGIC Job Mapping.
-Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
-Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
-Accountable for coordinating with Medical Insurance company and EGIC employees for any medical services.
-Handling all medical claims collected from EGIC employees to end the reimbursement cycle with the medical insurance company.
-Contacting and informing employees about the needed documentation to complete their suspended claims with the medical insurance company.
-Preparing medical insurance payment of periodic installments.
