Facilitate a project kickoff for the team, which will include review of entry criteria, scope, timeline, milestones and tasks.
o Hold regular status update meetings with the Customer project team during the periods when the F5 Consultant is actively engaged (On-site OR Remotely).
o Provide follow-up notes after each F5-hosted meeting to document status of task completions, next steps, schedule, risks and issues.
o Track and communicate on-going usage of consulting hours against the project budget.
o Serve as the single point-of-contact for the Customer throughout the project regarding timeline, F5 resource assignment, milestones and tasks.

• Identifies and schedules projects deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Coordinates recruitment or assignment of projects personnel.

• Directs and coordinates activities of projects personnel to ensure projects progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Establishes standards and procedures for projects reporting and documentation.
• Reviews status reports prepared by projects personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required.
• Prepares projects status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of projects status and related issues.
• Confers with projects personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
• Develops business processes that ensure developed application meets all project requirements.
• Develops and maintains technical and projects documentation.
• Develops quality assurance test plans and directs quality assurance testing.
• Coordinates projects activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, customer support, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met.
Matrix managing a team of ±17 staff including Software Developers, Designers, Application
Support, System Analyst and Technical Support.
Manage the IT department including staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career
development in addition to hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
Working with the top management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service
Level Agreements (SLA).
