• Liaised and negotiated a Partnership with Marval Software (www.marval.co.uk) UK Partner for the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region.
• Concluded an Agreement with Etisalat Academy to officially launch Marval at their
Academy, which was hugely successful, resulting in a partnership where Marval was a
featured ITIL Company in their Quarterly Brochure and ITIL Courses continue to be initiated and conducted on their premises in Dubai.
• Also negotiated and concluded a Partnership to represent Axios Systems
(www.axiosystems.co.uk), UK as their MENA Partner for ITIL upon terminating our existing
Marval Partnership. We were approached by Axios Systems earlier.
• Concluded a Partnership with Sun Microsystems (MENA) to Consult and Train all of their
MENA Clients on ITIL and Implement ITIL Projects including Service Level Agreements.
• Recruitment of the required high-end specialist ITIL Consultants, Trainers and Project
Managers from local and overseas markets.
• Compiled all ITIL company Policy documentation encompassing all aspects of the Business,
which included key documentation relevant to the staff, i.e. Code of Conduct, Non
Disclosure, Human Resource Management, etc.
• Initiated the ITIL 7 x sets within our company as standard Policy being, Support; Service
Delivery; Planning to Implement Service Management; ICT Infrastructure Management;
Applications Management; Security Management; The Business Perspective.
• Consulted, Trained and focused on our clients requirements in the following areas, where
Scoping Consulting was initiated as a first Phase: Service Desk, Incident Management,
Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Release
Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, IT Service Continuity
Management, Financial Management for IT Services and Availability Management;
• Company Policy to conform to the basic ITIL components being Incident Management,
Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
• All documentation compiled solely to protect the companies Intellectual Property and
Rights in line with ITIL Standards.
• Managing the entire Human Resources which included sourcing and appointing the relevant
staff predominantly from overseas.
• Marketing and prospecting within the entire Middle East Region, which included Client site
visits, official Presentations, submission of Proposals where communication was only with decision-makers.
• Key strategic decision-making to direct the Company into the right direction, therefore
effectively assigning the appointed Resources in the areas of Marketing, Presentations,
Consulting, Scoping, Training and continually driving the staff to strive to improve the level

• Launched and branded Marval Software UK initially into the UAE and Middle East via my TD
International co below then transposed this core Business into a new Entity.

ACHIEVEMENTS
! First female to be trained by Telecoms on X25 Data Comms Technology;

! One of a few Telecoms IT Engineers to support large Corporate Banking Infrastructures;

! First female of the less privileged group of people in South Africa to be appointed at a Senior
Management position within a large Banking Group. The appointment was based on being assigned to an IBM IT Systems conversion project where I also had to facilitate the Banking Training at assigned Branches and remote areas within a specific deadline.

! Successfully projected large IT Projects as follows:
# Absa Banking Group (largest in South Africa) . Assisted with Implementation of IBM3600 to
IBM4700, remotely physically migrating all branches in all remote and country areas, including the training of staff on new procedures to signoff of each site. Successfully completed in 6 months as
one of the Top Performers. Promoted to Regional Manager at the age of 23 due to this success;

# Nedcor Banking Group (2nd largest amalgamated Bank in South Africa)
Appointed as IT Support Supervisor at inception of the amalgamation of 4 x National Banking
Groups. Supported the entire Migration to one uniform Platform for all the Organisations, including
installation of new Cabling Infrastructure both within the Network Room and at the Branches,
worked closely with the SA Telecom company for Analogue and Diginet Cable Technology, Modem &
NTU Installations, assisted with System Changes and Installations at Branches, ATM.s etc. Was
promoted to Assistant Regional IT Manager due to this success.

A few key Projects awarded in a Sales & Marketing Consultant capacity, also Project
Management.
# Foshini Retail Group, Parow, Cape Town, South Africa (during tenure with Computer Networks)
• Upgrade from Novell Platform to the current version, included internal Applications, LAB,
Pilot, Deployment and Risk Management Phases were effectively projected in accordance to milestones, employment of Deployment Engineering Resources and official Signoffs with
minimal problems were achieved. I was the Project Manager and the user count was over 10, 000 Users that had to be migrated;

# Woolworths Retail Group, Cape Town, South Africa (during tenure with Computer Networks)

• Upgrade from Banyan Vine to Microsoft NT4. All of the above was identical but multiple
Project Managers were appointed due to the volume of Users involved, being over 30, 000.
The Project was successfully completed.

# Jumeirah International Hospitality Group, now Jumeirah Group, Dubai, UAE (during tenure with Seven Seas Computer Group)

• Migration of updated MS 2000 Technology from NT4, including Exchange 2000. Project
Managed entire process in conjunction with Seven Seas Technical Team and the Clients
Technical Team to completion and signoff. This included all Hotels within their Portfolio
including all existing Applications for migration to new Platform. Lab, Pilot and
Implementation Phases effected, including Facilities Management upon Project completion,
this included Help Desk Support Engineers for 24/7 support for Burj-Al-Arab Hotel including
all of their Group Hotels.

# Vela International (local Aramco Group), Dubai, UAE - (during tenure with Seven Seas
Computers)

• Upgrade to SAN Veritas hardware and Software Technology in conjunction with Saudi
Aramco Head Office Technical Team.

# Movenpick 5 Star Hotel, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.

• Implementation of Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware and all Software installations and
Integrations of a variation of interfaces of new Applications. SLA secured thereafter.

# Conference Palace 7 Star Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE. (during tenure with Bond Communications)

• Project secured for HITV, high speed Plug & Play Internet and other components. Part of a
Team from the client, Bond Communications, the Main Contractor and other Parties. The
Hotel was officially launched the end of February 2005.

! Simultaneously held 3 Management designations within a large national IT Reseller in South
Africa, I was also the only Senior Female Management Appointee;

! Was the first to implement Affirmative Action processes within the IT Reseller environment to assist to uplift the disadvantaged community once apartheid was abolished in South Africa. This
included officiating polices that included successful monitored Accelerated Programs for Students
who today are highly respected IT Professionals and some are now in the business community with their own companies.

! Initiated my own IT Company and operated for 3years without any financial assistance, operated
only from profits and then successfully merged it with another IT Company.
! The only female Head of Department within a large local IT Reseller, the same at the 2nd
Employee.

! Initiated my own International Business Development and Telemarketing Company in the United
Arab Emirates servicing both the Local and International markets, with a client Portfolio comprising of the Emirates Bank Group, Liscom Switzerland, Clover Technologies India, Zicom Technologies
India, Marval Software UK, Zurich International, Mondial Dubai, ABN AMRO, Citibank, First Gulf
Bank and many more.

! Initiated my own ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Company in the United Arab
Emirates as the Marval Software UK Partner for the MENA (Middle East and North African) Region,
where the core business is ITIL Training, Consulting, Implementations and Service Level
Management. This is the only Company of its kind in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our client
Portfolio comprises of the Emirates Bank Group, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Etisalat, Etisalat
Academy and many more prestigious Clients;

Commercial and Retail Cleaning Professional Services.
• Compiled and expedited initial Feasibility Studies.
• Compiled all official Business Plans, Commercial Forecasts, Marketing Strategies, Human
Resource Management, official Staff Contracts, Labour Contracts and relevant.
• Designed Company Image, Logo, Website, Uniforms, Van Decals, and Office Decals and successfully branded the company into the Dubai market.
