• Analysing job descriptions thoroughly for precise candidate matching. Conducted initial screening, assessing qualifications and suitability along with End-to-End recruitment.
• Overseeing the payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, administering employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
• Maintaining HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensuring data integrity. Generate HR reports and analyse HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist with compliance-related activities, such as maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations.
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries. Actively engage in problem-solving activities, identifying operational issues, and implementing effective solutions to improve processes and enhance department productivity.
