• Duties included: Update Job Description and Performance Appraisal.
• Shortlist Internal and External Applicants, Meet with HOD for Selection.
• Regret unsuccessful candidates.
• Update Organogram and Salary Schedule with New Starters Names and Dates and with any other movements.
• Inform IT, Office Manager and other relevant departments of new starters.
• Ensure that signed copies of contracts, job descriptions, Company benefit forms, PPM are received and submitted to the Human Resources Department on the first day of employment.
• Issue tools of trade to all new starters on the 1st day.
• Conduct exit interview. Agree on a Date for the return of all Company Property.
• Issue employee with a certificate of service.
• Collect Company Property before final payment is made.
• Ensure that all filing is up to date and that terminated employee files are removed from active employees’ cabinet.
• Obtain termination documentation and inform all relevant parties of resignations, dismissals, retrenchments or Ensure that the HR Report is submitted to the Head of HR.
• Ensure that Probationary Reviews are conducted within the required time.
• Update the Disciplinary Spreadsheet.
• Organize Disciplinary Enquiries.
