Hobbies and interests

International Volunteering- Youth Development

Volunteered in Ghana for 4 months as part of an international volunteering programme aimed at youth education and development. This provided an array of different challenges from lack of resources, to language barriers that I had to overcome in order to deliver project goals. Successfully held two awareness raising events, also running a schedule of sessions for the community.

Netball and other team sports

Represented Scotland for international netball from the age of 16. Competed in 6 European Championships and in 2012 captained the U21 squad to third place.
