- Generating leads through research and networking, creating potential client pipelines, communicating with them on the phone or via mail on a regular basis.
- Arranging business meetings with HR personnel, Directors & Management level from different organizations to discuss their criteria and to ensure customer engagement.
- Presenting and communicating with the demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Leading a sales team, planning & setting individual sales targets, and assigning daily tasks for the team.
- Following up on leads, determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and conducting product demonstrations, negotiations to close the deals.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, product knowledge education, training ways to find out customers’ specific business needs continuously and methods of applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Learning software and services to develop relevant knowledge & skills and utilizing strong business sense & industry expertise for more closures.
- Tracking sales goals, reporting results, and discussing with management for customers’ requirements & satisfaction.
- Cooperating primarily with Customer Service and Account departments for product training, setting up specific HRM requirements of each client throughout the contracted years, and for the payment procedures.
- Drive the sales process from plan to close, cope with challenges, and under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Research potential prospects, build a client database from different sectors across a broad church of industries in a clearly defined geographical area.
- Proactively managing and updating the Work In Progress (WIP) files where all clients data are kept organized and timely.
- Keeping ourselves professional by continuously exploring pest control awareness knowledge, nature of different pests, technical pest management methods, & ways of handling clients objections through internal training.
- Appointing the inspection meeting with the individual clients or corporate customers of different industries to conduct the survey, present the services, and identify their issues.
- Advising on their areas condition and promoting solutions in targeted types of chemicals and quality treatment methods with the comparison in the market.
- Negotiating upon clients infestation level to adjust the frequency basis in the required term to fit their budget.
- Reporting the feedback of customers to management, preparing the required forms & layout plan of each transaction, and updating proposals on the Proline system.
- Coordinating and effectively communicating the logistics, Account, CRM, and other team members with the correct information to complete the procedures without a single error.
- Building customer relationships by keeping in touch with them on a regular basis and solving their complaints.
- Actively work towards the team sales target every month.
- Manage employer accounts as an account manager and research their businesses to deliver efficient cold-calling and mailing every day.
- Communicating directly with HR, Management level personnel, Directors, and Owners of different organizations from different countries to qualify their requirements.
- Arranging the meetings to identify employers issues, matching them up with the best solutions from the deliverable benefits by setting the correct segmentation, overcoming sales objections, and negotiating with clients preferred criteria and budget.
- Preparing the agreement form and completing the payment procedures.
- Communicating the corresponding departments with the customers information with a high level of accuracy till the recruitment platforms become completely accessible by the employers.
- Updating all the accounts data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and keeping them active to turn them into potential prospects within my pipeline.
- Reporting the customers feedback in weekly internal meetings and suggesting the more satisfactory plan for the clients.
- Get the sales training weekly to polish the professionalism in performing sales and delivering the correct pitch.
- Handling customers complaints through follow-up services and developing stronger customer relationships.
- Performing the sales closing actively to hit the agreed individual sales target monthly.
- Find out new customers for sustainable and profitable organizational growth.
- Providing customer services and handling the transactions through phone and visiting.
- Completing the orders by communicating well through related internal departments and handling the processes till the product has been fully
delivered.
- Arranging the payments along its set procedures and updating the data in the V5 Customer Relationship Management system.
- Preparing invoice forms and daily reports with the customer feedback to the management.
- Building customer relationships by providing after-sales services and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Find and deal with new customers for continual development.
