Machinery Procurement
 Procurement of machineries (Local/Import),
Spares, lab and Safety equipment and its AMC as
per business requirements.
 Stay updated and keep data of industry trends,
market conditions to strategize data driven
procurement process.
 Improve supplier performance through
troubleshoot vendor issues and performance
appraisal. Monitor supplier performance to identify
if there any issues related to quality, delay in
delivery or discrepancies with orders.
 Documentation of purchases, service agreements,
contracts and supplier communications.
 MIS Reports like open order status, receipt history,
invoiced and not received, kill report, fill rate

Procurement Management
 Initiate RFQ, analyze quotes, negotiating for the
best offer, preparing comparison for approval
before issuance of PO based on MR align with
company’s SOP.
 “Monthly procurement and inventory planning”
coordinate with operation, maintenance and
management.
 Ensuring NDA during Negotiating contracts and
terms with suppliers to secure favourable pricing,
payment schedule and service agreements.
 Evaluate and select suppliers based on
specification and quality of the product, cost
reliability, payment terms and delivery timelines.
 Adept at consolidating requirements for attaining
significant savings in terms of raw materials
procurement and securing discounts and better
service.
Warehouse & Transportation Management
 Inventory management like material receipt,
inspection, GRN, issuance of material (FIFO
basis) based on indent in ERP.
 Implementation of SOP, Digitalization and 5S for
effective utilization and maintenance of
warehouse.
 Ensuring SOH to prevent excess procurement or
stock out.
 Store the materials in safe condition considering
MSDS and appropriate handling locations.
 Preparing MIS report like inventory report, issue
report and physical vs system stock
reconciliation.
 Coordinate with freight forwarders and Clearing
House agents (CHA) for safe and timely material
movements.
