Supervise daily cleaning and routine maintenance activities to ensure high
standards of hygiene and facility upkeep.
Manage, train, and assign cleaning and maintenance staff, including shift
scheduling and task allocation.
Ensure proper use, & control of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Monitor compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures.
Coordinate preventive and minor corrective maintenance to minimize
breakdowns and service disruptions.
Maintain records for attendance, inspections, & materials consumption.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed according to
approved standards and client requirements.
Handle client feedback, resolve operational issues, and report performance
updates to management.
