Performing advertising with META, Google Ads, developing content calendars that foster engagement, growth hacking along with staff training are some highlights of my typical role.
I also develop marketing campaigns to increase student admissions during intakes and increase website traffic. I am also responsible for driving growth in lower-performing branches through organic & paid campaigns.
In addition to the above, I am also responsible for brand development and visibility. I.E. Ensuring proper usage of the logo and auditing content to ensure that it is consistent with the brand guidelines.
As a senior Marketing Executive, I was responsible for improving front-office performance and also developing interactive/engaging content for our audience on social media.
My job role was more geared toward social media management, where I started developing content calendars, collaborating with the branding team, and assisting our graphic designers in creating attractive content that drives organic growth.
Further to this, I started developing digital strategies and running campaigns on social media via Ads Manager and also started experimenting with Google Analytics to develop compelling strategies to increase website traffic.
Branding was also a key part of my job role because I was solely responsible for ensuring that our brand is consistent across all platforms.
Responsible for handling inquiries at the front office and maintaining high levels of customer service. However, the primary focus of my job role was to achieve my monthly allocated target.
Achieving monthly student registration targets through following up with the CRM, cold calling databases, and visiting customers for appointments was what I did on a typical day.
I was also responsible for all administrative duties associated with being a front-office student counselor. This includes documentation management, assisting students with inquiries, collecting due payments and also being a source of guidance to our students.
Furthermore, I was also actively assisting the marketing team by providing ideas for static posts and promotional videos.
