Assisting project manager with developing scope, schedule and budget on site development projects.
• Oversight of work activities, i.e., plan work, develop work plans, and coordinate with subcontractor and clinets.
• Preparing daily activilty report and manpower engagement details for submission to the consultant.
• Preparing minites of meeting report for every week for submission to the client.
• Preparation of all engineering deliverables by the site team for submission to the Consultant for obtaining approval including but not limited to MAS, shop drawings, BBS, method statements, samples, mock-ups, etc.
• Ensure timely availability of project materials and consumables required for execution of the works by carrying out identification, quantification, raising purchase requisitions as per approved MAS & shop drawings, necessary follow-up for delivery.
• Inspect the project materials delivered at site to confirm compliance with the approved MAS.
• Erection of steel structures as per approved shop drawing
• Study of the related documents such as civil drawings, Electrical drawings, mechanical drawings and specification etc.,

• Checking the defects like porosity, slag, excess penetration, air cracks etc.
Job Responsibility: (Infrastructure)
• To ensure that the project ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract document, specfications and all applicable standards.
• Supervision of all infrastructure network such as drainage, sewer, storm water, potable water and irrigation
• Supervision of GRP pipe line drainage, clay pipes, ductile iron pipe lines laying, bedding, testing & backfilling.
• Supervision of concrete works of surface water manhole, foul mahole, electrical chamber, inspection chamber, catch basin and irrigation tanks.
• Supervision of all manhole and water tanks inside and out side water proofing as per method statement
• Monitoring contactor QA/QC activites and maintain records.
• Supervision of curb stone landscape and related concrete works.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.,
• Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
(Structure and interior finishing)
• Review Contract Specifications, BOQ & drawings and raise technical queries as necessary. Technical coordination with other disciplines, and subcontractors forachieving progress of works as per the Baseline Programme of Works.
• Prepare method statements for the execution of works in accordance with Project Quality Plan and HSE Plan.
• Evaluate and develop construction methods for optimum utilization of manpower, plant & equipment and materials to meet the company’s norms and standards and thereby ensure profitability to the project.
• Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports as per engineering standards procedures to client and consultant.
• To ensuring all personnel in the group to have awareness of each project’s quality requirement as per the specification and standard.
• Preparation of all engineering deliverables by the site team for submission to the Consultant for obtaining approval including but not limited to MAS, shop drawings, BBS, method statements, samples, mock-ups, etc.
• Ensure timely availability of project materials and consumables required for execution of the works by carrying out identification, quantification, raising purchase requisitions as per approved MAS & shop drawings, necessary follow-up for delivery.

• Coordinate with the Consultant, other disciplines and subcontractors for execution of the works.
• Direct and manage the project team including arranging for availability of manpower, plant & equipment and materials for execution of all the project activities in accordance with the Contract Specifications & Standards, Statutory Authority regulations and requirements including obtaining necessary NOC / permits / approvals.
• Identify and advise Project Manager on cost / time variations arising from responses to technical queries, site instructions and revisions to IFC drawings and comments on shop drawings / MAS.
• Arrange for preparation and submission of As-built drawings and O & M Manuals.
