My responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination on-site execution.
Quality Management.
Municipality inspection and approvals.
Daily, weekly and monthly progress planning and reporting.
Sub-contractor bill checking.
Bar bending schedule preparation and execution.
Following the bill of quantity and Effective cost controlling for project.
Coordinate with the Consultant regarding Drawing discrepancies & Materials.
Monitors QA/QC issues with the coordination of Site Supervisors/Managers.
Monitors safety issues with the coordination of Site Supervisors/Managers.
Monitoring of site activities and site quality inspection.
Preparing and maintaining site inspection report and check lists for all civil works.
Preparing and maintaining material receiving reports.
Preparing of material submittals for full project materials as per project specification.
Preparing and maintaining register for work inspection, site deficiency, non-conformity reports, and method of statements.
Requesting lab test and following the results for concrete, steel, compaction etc.
Implementation of project quality plan and all documentation related to QA/QC and site management.
My responsibilities:
Following the approved drawing for the execution.
Review the Drawing to prepare the shop drawing and get approval from Consultant & client.
Raise the Technical query and get approval from client and third parties.
Forecast the Materials, equipment, Labor, staff to the project
Prepare the weekly plan and monitor the progress daily as per the Plan schedule.
Monitor the site work and expedite the site work progress as per approved schedule.
Co-ordination with Consultant, client and third parties.
Prepare the MR for project requirements as per specification and follow up with the supplier for material will be arrived in time.
Prepare the weekly and monthly report submits to the Project manager.
To prepare the outline of Method statement for trade activities.
Coordinate design deliverable to site subcontractors.
Coordinate with suppliers in order to project requirements are managed.
To establish the Technical query & Rising the RFI for site & work deficiency for project execution.
Coordinating with other internal and / or external team members.
Maintain the Risk register and updated every month and get approval from client.
My responsibilities:
Following the BOQ for site Execution.
Monitoring the progress of the work weekly and monthly if any back lack with the program immediately finds the root cause and Rectified immediately.
Controlling the Subcontractor works and Subordinate works.
Identify the required material in advance and immediately order the material.
Raise the RFI according the work and Approval from Client.
Ensure the Daily site reports prepared and Submitted to Construction Manager.
Communicate the subordinate daily and explain the daily activities ensure the work must be completed in time.
My Responsibilities:
Execution of site work.
Planning of work as per schedule.
Preparation of shop drawing for the site execution.
Instructing the foramen daily for the work allocation.
Arrangements of materials as per site requirements.
Achieving daily targets.
Preparing Bar bending schedule & shuttering measurement at site.
Inspecting the formwork & Reinforcement work.
Maintaining the quality work at site.
Preparation and Submission of Sub-contractor bills.
Making site Estimation & Reconciliation.
Co-ordinate with consultant & clients.
Engineering Project is Reinforced soil wall with Fly Ash replacement.
