Freelance contracted to NET as Assistant Head of Business Development with secondary role assisting CEO. Working with heads of departments and leadership to get NET company capacity up and running, including setup of accounting and payroll, setup of department organization with NET leaders and staff. Focus on growing business and asset development as well as facilitating complete and overarching setup of company achieved successfully.

I have learned and developed new skills in performing tasks I was unfamiliar with previously such as, working with web company on developing and completion of logo’s, web design and website. Using this opportunity to grow professionally with the many challenges presented to this position. In this role I succeeded in getting all departments complete and operational, assisted with completing documentation and licensing, developing company market research and competitor research through SWOT analysis etc, developed internal company systems and external contacts. Networking to build on partnerships and support base locally in the UAE and GCC, as well as with international companies and individuals to help achieve goal of local contracts in M.E.P works as well as out of country contract opportunities.

Assist supervisor to provide team members responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and transporting (both inside and outside the facility) parts, materials, tools, and equipment to assure inventory accuracy. Working with other groups and professionals across departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Conduct, support, and assess audit results and inventory discrepancies, taking appropriate corrective actions. Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and to recommend changes to improve overall inventory accuracy and timely movement of parts and materials needed. Properly maintain tools and equipment and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment for self and for others.
