Design & Implementation of the of ELV System. (e.g. CCTV System, Access Control system,
Passive & Active components, Car Parking Management Systems & UPS).
Design & Submittals of CCTV System to MOI SSD as per MOI Qatar Regulations.
Technical Consulting, Tender Bidding, Design, Estimation & Commissioning.
Assisting the sales team for the presentations & POCs.
Preparations of tender specifications for Clients.
Visiting the site for identifying the requirements, design of the system, preparation of the BOQ along with the costing.
Coordination with multiple vendors to select the suitable products & negotiations for the best pricing.
Analyzing the design drawings, coordination with CAD team to create shop floor drawing, Schematic Drawings etc.

Preparation of the submittal documents required for the project approval, Execution & Completion.
Coordination with customers, subcontractors & establishing key relationships, solving any issues with respect to projects/products.
Active participation, coordination in entire project life cycle.
Worked as Microsoft Visio Design Consultant at Maersk Oil Qatar for Ramboll.
Work period as per the contract terms was two weeks.
Project design includes entire life cycle - Conversion of the Green Field to refinery.
Preparation of tender documents for CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access control system.
Conducting the site survey & client meetings for building up the BOQ.
