• Business Development and Marketing of Products and services at United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka and India.
• Project Management: Dry Dock/Afloat Repairs - Complete Involvement from the stage of Tendering, Preparing Bill of materials, finalising the Repair Specification, attending Negotiation and Meetings.
• Project Planning, Scheduling the work and meeting the deadlines, Troubleshooting the technical errors/ problems. Attending the review meetings, coordinating the Inspection with Classification Societies.
• Technically Trained by Yanmar for Overhauling of Engines, attended on-board servicing on Govt. Vessels.
• Work Supervision identifying the additional work and completing the job.
• Part of workforce hiring / Recruitment of semi-skilled and skilled labours.
• Implemented 5S and Kaizen at work place \[Office/shop floor\] conducting review meetings and monthly audits.
