Carry out inspections and certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per
approved ITP and Check list.
 Perform dailyinspections for pipe installation of infrastructure networks for water supply network,
firefighting network, Storm water network, Drainage network, Irrigation network, as per approved Shop
drawing and coordination drawing and make sure work is carried out as per approved method of
statement.
 Perform daily inspection for villas and apartment for plumbing and water supply installation as per the
approved shop drawing and considering the Architectural Shop drawing, MIR & method of statement.
 Perform all tests related firefighting, Plumbing, water supply and HVAC system as per method of
statement, Make sure that all the pressure gauges used should have calibration certificate.
 Initiate site instructions for any violation in implementation before proceeding to NCR.
 Inspect material as per the approved submittal and sample provided at site.
 Regularly attend quality meetings with contractor and QC staff to maintain the QMS procedure.
 Witness along with Contractor and Attend the LPT (Liquid Penetrating testing) for the precast panel with
the approved third party.
 Witness along with Contractor and Attend the Joint Sealant Testing for the sealant used between the
panels.
 Regular check the Calibration certificate for the equipment use by third party lab.
 Constant check on Approved Mix design is used in Batching plant and make an arrangement with the
third party to do the aggregate testing and sieve analysis as per project specification ASTM Standard
